What precautions should be taken when using an electric hoist?

Electric chain hoists are special operating equipment, so safety regulations must be followed during use, as follows:

(1) Only trained personnel with job certificates can operate cranes

(2) Please note whether the power supply is three-phase or single-phase and the voltage.

(3) Do not use voltage frequencies outside the specified range.

(4) The electric chain hoist should be installed on a structure with sufficient strength.

(5) When installing the electric chain hoist, do not pass the power cord through the lifting ring above the gear box.

(6) Do not drop the electric chain hoist from high places

(7) To avoid electric shock, the electric chain hoist must be completely grounded before operating it.

Electric hoist lifting method

(8) Before performing any lifting action, the following items must be confirmed: (a) The correct lifting rope is used.

(b) The position of the hanging rope and the safety piece must correctly support the hanging hook.

(c) The hoisted object is safe and secure and can be hoisted directly (it is recommended to have appropriate hanging frames or equipment). (9) Stable and reliable button operation is necessary. Do not operate the button quickly and intermittently. (10) Try to avoid excessive inching operations.

(11) Do not use the limit switch device too frequently.

(12) When lifting heavy objects, do not cause the objects to swing too much.

(13) Please remember to make sure the motor has stopped completely before operating in the reverse direction.

(14) When lifting, the load must be even and close to the center to determine the balance of the load. Never lift when the lifting weight is unbalanced.

(15) It is strictly prohibited to use it as the main engine of a cargo lift.

(16) Do not use a crane to pull heavy objects laterally.

(17) Do not wrap the lifting hook's chain around the lifting object and then lift the object by hooking the hook on the chain.
