WeatherTech Floor Mats Curling
Thank you for your interest in MacNeil Automotive.
Looking at the photos, the retention devices are not installed. This is allowing the FloorLiners to slide and lose their shape. The best suggestion I can offer is to bend the edges back so that the FloorLiners are turned inside out. If you leave them like this overnight, the edges should return to their original shape. If you provide us with your mailing address, we can send out some new retention hooks to install before you put the mats back in the vehicle.
Our warranty is three years against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser. As you have had the mats for about two years, I would assume that they are past the warranty period at this point.
Please let us know if you have further questions and we will be happy to help.
I will be sending the address to get the retention hooks, but I highly doubt that those little hooks could keep the whole side of the mat from curling like that. I'll give it a try, and if it doesn't work, I may look into other options.
Thank you for all the replies. I emailed customer service with the same concerns I posted here, and here is what they told me:
