Vertiv (formerly Emerson) SmartRow - any experience?

Has anyone built out a small data center/server room using the Vertiv/Emerson SmartRow system or an equivalent? I am working on a project to move our data center from a purpose-built facility to another space that is not yet fitted out for a data center. I'm weighing having the space set up with room cooling and fire suppression or leaving it a big empty box and putting one of these 'data center in a box' solutions into the space. We're talking no more than 6 server racks over the life of the facility.

I would advise you firstly to update DCE software to the current version 7.4.3. But unfortunately, this does not solve your problem with the support of the above mentioned equipment .

Therefore, on the Device Support page, you need to request web-links to download the already supported Vertiv equipment, for example, as I did:

Within one business day you will be sent web-links to download the corresponding DDF-files. And then, I hope, you are lucky  and you will see in DCE software your new devices with all the required sensors.

If you are not lucky, it's very right on your part to create a new device request for your devices on the above page. How to do this, for example, is well described in topic .
