Our flags are dye-sublimated on one side. The print goes all the way through so that what you see is reversed on the back. With the exception of double-sided car flags, our flags are not double-sided.

We do not have samples available. What we ask is that you purchase one of each through our website, and when you place a large wholesale order, we will reimburse you for your online order.

With such variation in degrees of usage, constantly changing weather patterns, and different climate conditions where displayed, it is not easily measured how long a flag will last. The US Government generally expects a polyester, nylon or cotton flag to last approximately 90 days based on daily usage from sunrise to sunset. Experience has shown that for some, a flag flown 24 hours a day will last considerably shorter than one flown only during daylight. It's unfortunate that flags can't last forever. Exposure is harsh, but a little TLC can increase the life of your flag. Flags Importer is a wholesaler, and we offer quantity discounts. This allows customers to replace their flags 2-3 times a year without reordering.

You can print/dye sublimate on our flags, but as they are single sided flags they can only be printed on one side (with the image visible on both sides of the flag). For pressing directions we recommend following the directions for your sublimation paper and ink. Our team typically presses at 200 degrees Celsius. The end result is dependent on the printer, ink, paper and heat press machine. Because of these variants in the process we cannot advise on the sublimation process and we do not have a warranty for products altered in this way.

Shipping costs are based on total weight and delivery address.

Daily shipping cutoff is 12pm PST (3pm EST), Monday-Friday. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping Department is CLOSED on weekends and holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
Expedited shipment (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, etc) transit times do not count weekends or holidays.

Shipping transit time varies based on delivery method selected. During checkout, it will give you an estimated transit time.
If you have selected express shipping on your order (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select) and the order is shipped via the wrong method and you no longer need the products in the order, please refuse the package from UPS.
Flags Importer is not responsible for return shipping fees for packagesacceptedafter scheduled delivery date.

This is normal behavior and should not be cause for alarm. A package traveling across the country will be in a trailer bound for the destination, and a new scan won't be available until the trailer has been received at the destination. For example, a package traveling from California to Florida may not be scanned for five days while moving across the country. However, if the scheduled delivery date has passed and there have been no scans for several days, we recommend that you let the us know that you have not received your package.
