There are always buckets for sale at Thainstone in varying condition. Usually go for around the 600-700 mark if decent.
I assume you have a quick hitch so it should pick up most bucket hitches unless it is a totally different hitch type. The moving jaw will take up any variations in pin centres within reason. The dipper width should all be the same on these bucket hitch type.
Be aware that with a normal grading bucket and a quick hitch they are quite cumbersome in narrow ditches if that is one of the jobs to do with it.
Old man had a heavy wall steel pipe that was cut in halfish on MF 450 direct coupled and it was quite neat. Winter project to adapt for 16t machine, machine well stronger than bucket but it's only for cleaning not digging.
If you have an auxiliary service a tilt grader would be a good option just to give you something else to ponder'.. JB equipment scandi style ones look reasonable value.
Buying the machine is the first part, getting it tooled up takes time and expense as once you start seeing what it can do you will build a wish list. A lot of stuff pops up locally from time to time so just need to keep an eye out for what you need if not in a hurry.
