To take:

For the brine to be taken orally, dissolve 33 g (about 6 teaspoons) in one liter of water.
Drink 2 ml of this twice a day.

This brine is not suitable for external use because it is far too weakly concentrated.
For external use use our: magnesium fluid

• Dissolve 33 g (approx. 6 teaspoons) of magnesium chloride in 1 liter of water (a brine is formed)
• a glass bottle is suitable as a container
• Shake the mixture well to dissolve the flakes completely
• Drink the required dose every morning and evening
• Store brine in the refrigerator
• in case of diarrhea, the intake should be reduced and slowly increased again
• always take before meals
• before swallowing, the mixture should be kept in the mouth for about 30 seconds

For taking a bath:

For bathrooms we recommend the cheaper Magnesium Wellness Flakes.

For baths / foot baths, dissolve the magnesium chloride in water that is max. 37 degrees warm and bathe in it for about 30 minutes:

Full bath (40 liters):

• dissolve 800 g of magnesium chloride in the bath
• allow as little water as possible to run in, your body should only be barely covered
• enjoy the relaxing bath at 37 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes

• 800 g in 40 liters of water = 1 percent solution
• g in 40 liters of water = 2 percent solution

More than a 2% magnesium chloride solution for a full bath is not recommended!

Footbath (5 liters):

• Dissolve 300g of magnesium chloride in 5 liters of water in your foot bath
• let your feet relax at 37 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes

• 300 g in 5 liters of water = 3 percent solution
• 400 g in 5 liters of water = 4 percent solution
